Congrats to GHD alum Andrea Welsh! After completing her Fulbright Public Policy Fellowship with Myanmar’s Ministry of Education and working on the Rohingya refugee crisis in Rakhine State, Andrea moved to Yangon to serve as the Director of World Learning’s Institute for Political and Civic Education (iPACE). In her new role, Andrea manages the program which trains over 400 civil society leaders and political activists each year who represent every state and region across the country.
