This year marks 10 years since the graduation of the inaugural cohort of the Global Human Development Program, and we were delighted to welcome back to campus not just our Vanguard Group of 2014, but all of the wonderful people who have graduated from the program since then!
We kicked off the festivities with a happy hour at Georgetown’s own Hilltop Tap Room, and reconvened the next morning for bagels and outdoor games in the Observatory Garden. Lunch came in the form of burgers as big as our fists, courtesy of the Georgetown University Grilling Society (GUGS), along with salads and cookies from the Hoya-founded Homemade in DC! Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, we were also able to video chat with a few alumni who couldn’t make it in person.
We are so, so grateful for our incredible GHD community — past, present, virtual, in-person — all of you! Thank you so much for making this alumni reunion a truly special weekend. We can’t wait to see you all again soon.
