Rangel Fellows

The Rangel Graduate Fellowship is a program that aims to attract and prepare outstanding young people for careers in the Foreign Service in which they can help formulate, represent and implement U.S. foreign policy.

Payne Fellows

The USAID Donald M. Payne International Development Graduate Fellowship Program seeks to attract outstanding young people who are interested in pursuing careers in the Foreign Service of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Pickering Fellows

The Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship is designed to attract outstanding individuals from all ethnic, racial and social backgrounds who have an interest in pursuing a Foreign Service career with the U.S. Department of State.

McHenry Fellows

The Donald F. McHenry Global Public Service Fellows Program is open to students accepted by any of the eight SFS Master’s degree programs and is conferred at the time of acceptance. The fellowship provides a scholarship covering full tuition and mandatory fees.
