Coby Vail is a public diplomacy and international exchange professional with a global perspective, honed from working with refugee populations in the United States and from living for over five years abroad. Coby is passionate about program design, building, evaluation and impact. While at GHD, he hopes to build experiences that foster cross-cultural communication and create globally-minded citizens. His past experience has provided a wide network of contacts in Utah’s education, business, and public sectors. Coby graduated with a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic from Brigham Young University and speaks Arabic, German, and Turkish.
