Connor Cobb
Class of 2023
Connor comes to GHD after three years working in Kenya for the Kenya Scholar Access Program (KenSAP). While with KenSAP, Connor worked to develop partnerships with international NGOs and government officials in an effort to improve access to educational opportunities for both Kenyan and refugee students supported by the program. He also helped redesign academic programming, modernize the application process, and scale the program to reach students in all of Kenya’s 47 counties.
While at GHD, Connor has continued to develop his interest in using technology and innovation to improve the the delivery of, and access to, public services. He has worked with the World Bank on agriculture and energy projects in East Africa, improving access to energy and agricultural inputs for rural residents. Prior to GHD and KenSAP, Connor studied history at Wesleyan University. While at Wesleyan, Connor ran cross country and track and field, graduating with honors in 2018.
