Hanindha M. Vidyasti
Class of 2022
Hanindha (Nindha) Vidyasti joins GHD after almost a decade of experience in the marketing and communication fields. She was marketing manager at Kolabo Indonesia, a social enterprise initiated by Mercy Corps, which helped micro and small business owners, often from underprivileged communities, to grow their businesses by utilizing the enterprise’s technology platform. During her stint, she contributed to the overall development and ongoing marketing strategy; managed strategic partnerships with business incubators, industry associations, and microfinance institutions; contributed in securing funding from private companies, including eBay and Mastercard; and oversaw monitoring and evaluation activities. Moreover, Nindha has served as a volunteer for various organizations, most notably UNICEF, UNITAR, Habitat for Humanity, and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Born and raised in Indonesia, Nindha has been drawn into international development through her family experience and since witnessing how the poor lives as she served as a student volunteer in rural Indonesia. She graduated cum laude from Universitas Padjadjaran with a bachelor’s degree in communications and earned an undergraduate diploma in marketing in The U.S. through a scholarship program sponsored by the Department of State. At GHD, Nindha focuses her studies on economic development by exploiting the advancement of technology and leveraging social marketing practices to promote and improve social change, public health, education, sustainability, and other aspects of development. She is currently learning Spanish.
