Jeetwan joins the GHD program with a background in development work, from India. Prior to joining GHD, Jeetwan worked with J-PAL’s IDEA Initiative, on leveraging administrative data to inform labor markets research and employment policy. He has an educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Public Administration and Rural Development, and has served in various social sector roles including educational assessment, program management, product development, economics research, and policy consulting.

Jeetwan is passionate about exploring and understanding school-to-work transitions in developing countries, especially the role of data, technology and community empowerment in evolving relevant, scalable and sustainable solutions for pressing challenges in youth education and employment. As part of the GHD program, he looks forward to collaborating with peers and experts in the field, to expand and deepen his expertise in global development, human capital formation and youth capacity building.
