Liza Herb

Liza Herb is a development practitioner who specializes in social performance, program design, and local content. For over a decade, she has worked with communities, governments, and the private sector in Sub-Saharan Africa, Eurasia, and Latin America to create, implement, and evaluate multi-year projects that aim to enhance socio-economic development. In recent years, Liza has worked as a Senior Program Manager at PYXERA Global, a DC-based NGO, where she partners with communities and Fortune 500 companies to strategically invest in high-value and sustainable initiatives. Liza holds a MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University and a BA in International Studies from the University of Washington.
