Parker Essick
Class of 2020
Parker Essick is driven by intersection between public financial management, development finance, and the development of reforms led by local officials and civil society. Parker served as an education volunteer with the Peace Corps in Rwanda for two years. While at GHD, he has published on donor’s gender equity reporting in foreign assistance with Oxfam America, supported the development of research around growth trends in domestic revenues for development finance, and worked as a fellow with the Institute for State Effectiveness. He is specializing in policy evaluation and speaks Swahili and Kinyarwanda.
